CAD*) per person. The banquet will be an all-you-can-eat "shabu
shabu" style table spread, drinks included (no limit on orders
until last call). The restaurant is located in the same building
as the conference venue for the first day.

Conference Lunches
Our main campus, which we will use
on Saturday (6/18) and Sunday (6/19), is not within convenient
walking distance of restaurants. We recommend that you pre-order
a box lunch. Each box lunch will be ¥1,000 JPY (about $9 USD,
$12 CAD*).

Participants should notify the
conference organizers of any dietary restrictions or logistical
requirements that might require special arrangements. We regret
to say that conference organizers cannot assist in visa
application procedures.
